In 2003 I went on a mission trip to Miami, FL and I watched a woman make and tell the story of Jonah and the Big Fish out of a simple balloon. I was amazed. It was the first time I had ever seen anything besides simple balloon animals and I was awestruck that someone could tell a story using balloons. So on that trip I learned a simple balloon animal.
When I returned home I got a pack of balloons and a pump and started learning more simple balloon animals. Soon I was booking restaurants to perform at as a balloon artist.
I absolutely love working with balloons. Today I work in the St. Louis area as a professional balloon twister and artist. I am one of few people in the world that really enjoys their jobs. I could make balloon animals in my sleep at times (and I have).
Today I try to bring people together using entertainment. I really like bringing different cultures together because the one thing we all love is laughter. My major in college was intercultural studies so I figured I should get some use out of that expensive piece of paper.
I hope to truly make an impact on my community and connect with people of all ages to bring them not just some twisted latex but a moment of joy. I love connecting with other people.
I desire to be a full service family entertainer and children's performer. If you have a question about party planning or gift purchases or any other area I may be of service do not hesitate to call me at 972-505-2241.
